Summary of Biome
The Temperate Forest is a biome consisting of many different elements. For the majority of the year, some time of precipitation is falling. Temperature ranges from high 80's in the summer, to below zero in the winter. Temperate forests are located in Eastern Asia, Central/Western Europe, and Eastern United States. Because this biome has precipitation year-round, the Temperate Forest is home to many different kinds of plants, trees, and shrubs. The main animals in this biome include: insects, land mammals, and small rodents.
Climatogram
A Climatogram is a graph that shows the average temperature and precipitation of a place over a period of time. This graph is useful because of that aspect. Climatograms are also measured in Celsius. Abiotic and biotic factors also play a big role in any biome. Abiotic factors menas that they aren't living, and biotic is just the opposite. An example of an abiotic factor is a rock, or precipitation. Biotic, on the other hand, would be a tree or an animal.
